Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 44kc ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 44kc website located at https://44kc.io and all associated services, including sports betting, casino gaming, promotional programs, and customer support ("the Services").

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the 44kc platform, or placing any wager, you unequivocally confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

44kc reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 44kc, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 44kc platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal constructs may not register accounts.
• You must be acting on your own behalf. Use of the platform on behalf of a third party, or sharing account access with another individual, is prohibited.
• You must not be classified as a problem gambler or be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of 44kc or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of such a person.

44kc reserves the right to request identity documentation — including but not limited to national ID, passport, or driving licence — to verify your eligibility at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 44kc will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Geographic Access

The 44kc platform is operated and marketed primarily for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. 44kc does not represent that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction from which they may be accessed.

Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the 44kc platform, including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid, personal email address that you own and have access to. This address will be used for all account communications.
• You must provide your real full name as it appears on your government-issued identification documents. The use of aliases, nicknames, or pseudonyms in the name field is not permitted.

Account Credentials

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account with 44kc. If 44kc discovers that a player holds or has held multiple accounts — regardless of whether the accounts were created under the same or different identity details — 44kc reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit all balances held within those accounts.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 44kc platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the identity details on your 44kc account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 44kc does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independent of 44kc's control.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 44kc may require you to complete the identity verification process if it has not already been completed. This includes submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 44kc platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type, as published in the Rules section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• Bets are only accepted from registered, verified players with sufficient cleared funds in their 44kc wallet.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where explicitly stated otherwise in the specific game or sport rules.
• 44kc reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a palpable error in the odds, lines, or market settings, whether the error was caused by human or technical fault.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the result recorded by 44kc's official data provider shall be final. Live score displays are provided for convenience only and do not constitute the official record.
• 44kc reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event, or player account without prior notice. These limits are set to protect the integrity of the platform.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at 44kc's discretion, including during periods of significant match events, technical interruptions, or data feed disruptions.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are subject to the following additional conditions: a match must progress to a minimum number of overs as specified per market type for bets to stand; weather-interrupted matches settled by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method will be settled on the official DLS result; and abandoned matches will result in all bets being voided and stakes returned.

Bonuses & Promotions

44kc offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events on Bangladesh's cultural and sporting calendar. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including the qualifying deposit amount, wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal amount from bonus winnings. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and supersede these general conditions where they conflict.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. A player who has previously closed an account and re-registered is not eligible for new-player bonuses.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for the promotion. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44kc platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, notification to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple new-player bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in an automated manner, including automated bet placement or game play.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities to generate winnings not obtained through legitimate game play. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will be recovered.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any identity verification or payment verification process.
• Using the platform to conduct, facilitate, or disguise money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic access restrictions or account suspensions.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting — that is, placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event.

Account Suspension & Closure

44kc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account, and to void any outstanding bets or bonuses, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is an employee, contractor, or family member of a 44kc employee.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or asset freezing.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 44kc support at support [@] 44kc.io. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that has satisfied the applicable withdrawal conditions will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five to ten business days. Balances associated with active bonus requirements that have not been met will not be returned.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the 44kc platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game interfaces, software code, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of 44kc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 44kc platform without prior written consent from 44kc.

Game software provided by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to their own proprietary terms. 44kc holds valid commercial licences to distribute these games on its platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44kc shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, whether arising from skill, chance, or a combination thereof.
• Technical failures, server outages, network interruptions, or software errors that affect your ability to place or settle bets.

Your continued use of the 44kc platform following the publication or notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the 44kc platform shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operational framework. 44kc operates as a safe and reliable platform providing entertainment services and applies internationally recognised standards for fair play, data protection, and financial compliance.

In the event of a dispute between you and 44kc, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. 44kc will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably within ten business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to support [@] 44kc.io. All dispute communications must be submitted in English.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration before initiating any formal legal proceedings. The language of arbitration shall be English.
